Estate Grounds

Sailor’s Landing sits on eight acres of rocky coastline, surrounded by private woods with trails, a pond, and spectacular vista points. Our rolling lawns are perfect for waterfront ceremonies and tented receptions, with ample space to host caterers and cocktail pavilions on our beautifully manicured grounds.

The Farmhouse

Our updated 19th-century New England farmhouse includes WiFi connection, laundry facilities access, heating and air conditioning, and a hardwood oceanfront deck. Spend a cozy evening with your family with our barbecue, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. Two-night stays during your event at the fully equipped, five-bedroom farmhouse are included dependent upon your selected wedding experience. The farmhouse sleeps up to 10 guests, and the adjacent bunkhouse accommodates up to five guests.

The Bridal Suite

Wedding parties have exclusive access during events to our fully equipped bridal suite, which features an indoor fireplace and grand piano, bay windows, and a full kitchen. The upstairs suite features an ocean-view bedroom with a full bathroom, complete with a shower and dual sinks.

Private Dock

Our private dock and mooring allow for all kinds of watercraft to be a featured part of your event. Arrive to or depart from your celebration with a private yacht charter of a vintage vessel for a touch of timeless Maine charm. Direct dock access allows for time on the water with loved ones, tying up kayaks and paddle boards or chartering a sailboat.
