  • Every Sailors Landing wedding reservation includes exclusive use of our private waterfront estate, allowing you to celebrate in complete privacy with breathtaking views of Midcoast Maine. Couples may choose from three wedding experiences designed to create anything from a beautiful waterfront celebration to a full destination wedding weekend.

    Our Estate Celebration includes a waterfront ceremony and tented reception, exclusive estate access for your wedding weekend, and a private rehearsal the day before your wedding (2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.). Vendor access begins at 9:00 a.m. on your wedding day, guest arrival may begin at 2:00pm, and couples may access the estate until noon the following day for cleanup. Wedding celebrations conclude by 11:00 p.m.

    For couples looking to extend the festivities, our Wedding Weekend Experience also includes exclusive use of the estate for a private rehearsal dinner the evening before your wedding (concluding by 9:00 p.m.) and a farewell brunch the following day (concluding by 2:00 p.m.).

    Our Destination Wedding Weekend includes everything in the Wedding Weekend Experience, plus a two-night stay in our beautifully updated 19th-century, five-bedroom farmhouse, accommodating 10 to 15 overnight guests. The farmhouse features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living spaces, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, heating and air conditioning, an oceanfront deck, barbecue, and fire pit. Additional farmhouse nights may be added for $1,800 per night, subject to availability. Full amenities can be viewed on our airbnb listing, which does not reflect event pricing for overnight stays during weddings.

    As a private estate venue, Sailors Landing provides the exclusive setting for your celebration, while your wedding planner or coordinator arranges event rentals such as tents, furnishings, lighting, linens, catering, and other personalized details to bring your vision to life.

  • Sailors Landing offers three wedding experiences to suit the vision for your celebration, whether you're planning a waterfront ceremony and reception or a full destination wedding weekend. Pricing is based on your selected experience and guest count, with rates for celebrations of up to 125 guests and 126–200 guests.

    Our Estate Celebration begins at $23,000 for up to 125 guests and $28,000 for 126–200 guests. Couples wishing to extend their celebration may choose our Wedding Weekend Experience, which includes a private rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch, or our Destination Wedding Weekend, which also includes a two-night stay in our five-bedroom farmhouse.

    Seasonal pricing is available for select late May and early October dates. Because Sailors Landing is a private estate venue, your wedding planner or coordinator will separately arrange event rentals such as tents, furnishings, lighting, linens, catering, floral design, and other personalized details to bring your vision to life.

    Dependent upon availability, the Landing may accommodate special events of up to 250 guests with adjusted pricing and planning coordination.

  • Working with a professional wedding planner or coordinator allows you to enjoy the planning process while focusing on your vision, knowing the details are in experienced hands. We’re happy to provide a list of local and regional wedding coordinators, planners, and other vendors we recommend. We highly recommend scheduling a venue tour with your coordinator to explore the property's possibilities and discuss your event layout; tours may be arranged either before or after booking. We’re happy to put a soft hold on your date once a tour has been scheduled to allow you ample time to visit the venue and make decisions.

    Sample venue agreements are available upon request. Once your experience selection, date, guest count, and wedding planner have been confirmed, we'll draw up your venue agreement contract to officially reserve the estate. Throughout the entire planning process, we're always happy to answer questions, share ideas, and help you make the most of everything Sailors Landing has to offer.

  • Sailors Landing hosts weddings from late May through mid-October, when Maine's Midcoast is at its most beautiful. We are currently fully booked for July 2027 and early September 2027, while select dates remain available in June and August 2027.

    Reservations for the 2028 season are now open, with excellent availability and flexibility throughout the summer.

As a family-operated private estate venue, we ask that couples have a wedding planner or coordinator confirmed prior to signing a venue agreement contract.
