The Estate Celebration

Private Waterfront wedding

Exclusive use of the estate for your waterfront ceremony and tented reception

Full estate reservation for your entire wedding weekend

Private rehearsal access the day before your wedding (2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.)

Ceremony day access beginning at 9:00 a.m., with celebrations concluding by 11:00 p.m.

Estate access until 12:00 p.m. the following day for personal belongings and event breakdown

Extended vendor access

Wedding party access to the private bridal suite throughout your wedding day

Private waterfront setting with over 1,200 feet of shoreline, eight acres of manicured grounds, woodland paths, and scenic photo locations

On-site support from the Sailors Landing team throughout your planning process

A two-night stay in our updated five-bedroom New England farmhouse, accommodating 10 to 15 overnight guests

A private and comfortable home base for the wedding party or immediate family throughout the weekend

Spacious accommodations featuring:

  • Five private bedrooms

  • Four full bathrooms

  • External bunkhouse (sleeps five)

  • Handicap accessibility

  • Two fully equipped kitchens

  • Comfortable living and dining spaces

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Heating and air conditioning

  • Laundry facilities

  • Oceanfront hardwood deck

  • Outdoor barbecue and fire pit overlooking the waterfront

Additional farmhouse nights available for $1,800 per night, subject to availability
